Service Description

Educational Purpose

Money Wise is designed solely for educational purposes. All virtual currency, businesses, and transactions within the app have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

User Responsibilities

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Supervise your child's use of the app
• Ensure account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Monitor your child's interactions within the app
• Report any inappropriate behavior or content
• Maintain the security of login credentials

Student Responsibilities

• Use the app respectfully and appropriately
• Be kind and helpful to other users
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Ask for help from parents or teachers when needed
• Never share personal information with other users

Teacher/School Responsibilities

• Obtain proper permissions before using with students
• Supervise student interactions during class time
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• Ensure compliance with school technology policies

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Sharing personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate communication
• Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the service
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
• Using inappropriate language or sharing inappropriate content
• Attempting to exchange virtual currency for real money
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Account Management

Account Creation

Accounts for children under 13 must be created by a parent or guardian. Schools may create accounts for educational use with proper permissions.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content in Money Wise, including lessons, games, graphics, and text, is owned by Money Wise or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Any content created by users within the app (such as virtual business names or messages) remains the property of the user, but you grant us permission to use it to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

Money Wise is provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
